The present-day w:Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II-procession proceeded by road to w:Nottingham Council House in the w:Old Market Square, and then transferred an hour later to Vernon Park in w:Basford, Nottinghamshire. The leading locomotive in the photograph carries a w:Deutsche Bahn logo. Beeston "Station Road Bridge" is visible in the background, crossing over the end of the station platforms. A partially-folded w:Brompton Bicycle is visible on Platform 1. |
