Copyright violation. The Discord logo is not freely licensed (the icon is included in a free icon pack, Font Awesome 5, but the creators of that icon pack do not own the rights to the logo) and surpasses the threshold of originality.

Comment - As the uploader of the Font Awesome files, I was skeptical that it was actually CC-BY licensed. But seeing that File:Font Awesome 5 brands github.svg had existed with no problem, I assumed it was ok and proceeded with the upload. Saucy (talk) 22:56, 6 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep, falls under COM:TOO. A two coloured gaming headset and speech bubble definitely falls under TOO. This logo is much simpler than a lot of the examples at COM:TOO United States, such as File:Nikken logo and wordmark.svg. — Berrely • ^T∕_C 13:52, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- The Nikken logo was denied copyright by the US Copyright Office because it used the public domain "universal symbol for man" and did not alter it substantially enough. Whether the same logic can be applied to a video game controller I'm not sure. Saucy (talk) 08:52, 15 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
